A delicate array of florals and fruits drifts from the glass at first pouring. Almonds, bacon, honey, pears, lemon, and orange blossom, along with faint hints of pineapple and oak make for an expressive nose. The palate opens to a crisply tensioned balance of sour citrus and honey, with fruit notes emerging in the center, especially pear and peach. Hints of floral and spice decorate the top, with faint earth and clay on the back. A weak finish, and the structure breaks down over the first hour.
