If this wasn't in a clear glass, I'd swear it was a red wine. Floral, berry and sweet spice flavors are fleeting and ethereal, while the structure is well-integrated. Starts out elegant, gaining power as this soars on the mineral-drenched finish. Bes... Wine Spectator. A Chardonnay wine from Burgundy in France. 2006 Vincent Girardin Batard Montrachet 750ml

Large-scaled, glyceral-rich and opulent but with superb mineral cut for its size. High notes of white pepper and violet further mask the wine's underlying richness. Finishes very dry, flinty and backward, with a powerful whiplash of flavor.

Round, dense and dry, with a chewy impression of extract to its pineapple and stone flavors. Impeccably balanced but quite backward today. A very classically styled, uncompromising wine with a very long, stony aftertaste.

There's plenty of oak in this beefy red, lending smoke and spice accents, yet it also has macerated cherry, plum and mineral notes. Tannic now, with good length. Best from 2010 through 2016. 300 cases imported. -BS Wine Spectator. A Pinot Noir wine from Burgundy in France. 2006 Vincent Girardin Santenay les Gravieres 750ml

Winemaker's Notes:

“A dense nose of very ripe Chardonnay; you can smell the power and the intensity before you even taste it. On the palate it’s a vanilla bean experience; ice cream flavors with bits of orange, almond and macadamia nut. A monster with super racy acidity. A meal in itself.” *—vineyardbrands.com**There is only one bottle left of this item. Please note that your order must be confirmed for availability of stock.*
