First Taste - Poured through an aerator, I was immediately confused by the bouquet. Overwhelming musty, basement smell, thought "corked" immediately. But then it opened up more and some oak rolled out with some other hints, including vanilla that barely came out. Color - Deep blackberry color. Taste, typical Cab Sav yet lacking the tannins. Not silky tannins but very light. I thought it was quite balanced and slightly acidic. Tart. I am going to give this one a day two try, but not a fan at first taste. WOW. After recorking and resting til the next time this wine really came into its own. The bouquet was alive and fruity, Black Currants jumped out onto the palette and the tannins were close to perfect. After reading other reviews of products of this vineyard I feel better now, this is just a wine you do not want to open and pour.
My Rating 89. Complex nose with fruity but dry nose. Good balance with plenty of tannins and good complexity berries . Nice finish

Very fruit forward, almost a little jammy, New World style Cabernet Sauvignon. I tasted black currant and maybe some blackberry in the mix.
A Chilean Cab with great bones. Rich, ripe, dark fruit & flowers on the nose, a lovingly-balanced array of green pepper, cedar, and juicy black cherry in the mouth.
great value wine... many producers would kill to make a Cabernet at this price point... 88/100
The color is very dark and dense. Nose open, immediately on the jammed blackcurrant and blackberry. In the mouth, the power immediately, without the stroke of the truncheon of alcohol (14.5 °). The currant, blackberry and then ends with cocoa. A little too heavy and crushing with rare red meat, but can finish the meal to come with a chocolate cake. Tasting date: January 16, 2010 Maturity: Wait 2-3 years No cons-indication to drink now with what remains of freshness of blackcurrant. Nice to aging.

Weedy and herbal, but there are also black cherries and mocha on the nose and bitter chocolate and coffee on the palate. Finishes with toffee, smoke and herbs, offering surprising complexity in a wine of this genre.
Pleasant mix of red and black berry fruit, with noticeable herb hints as well. Slightly firm on the finish for a Merlot, but good character. Drink now.
Bright ruby. Attractive aromas of cherry, raspberry, cola and black pepper. Sweet, supple and round, with good intensity to the straightforward dark fruit flavors. In no way complex but very easy to drink and avoiding the greenness of so many inexpensive (and expensive!) merlots. Finishes with lingering sweetness and an echo of pepper.
