Food Pairings for Viña Santa Rita Cabernet Sauvignon Rapel Valley 120
I'm really becoming a fan of this grape - Santa Rita 120 '10 makes my list --- great nose, great color, and tons of light, black fruit (is that combo possible?); a bit of tobacco on the end.
Great grapefruit and citrus flavors. Great on a hot day with cheese and crackers. As with the 120 cab, you just can't beat it for the price.
Ok. Decent for cooking, but not really an amazing drink.
Rating 88. Good everyday wine with a different taste . Nose with hint of berries, full body and dry with bold taste notes. For the price of $ 6.- this is a bargain you should try
I like it... a very quaffable wine but I found it very high in teh acidity... it may be just me but apart from that... very nice
My local wine guy recommended this wine to me, but I was disappointed. It has an awkward finish that left a bad taste in my mouth. I kept expecting it to open up the second and third days, but didn't get there. It wasn't horrible, but not something I'd buy again.
A best buy in my book. Medium bodies with a silky mouth fell. A nose of hickory with hints of blackberry. Rich in tannins with a subtle wild berry taste. Long, lasting finish.

Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 - 89 Points & Best Buy, Wine Enthusiast/ Lots of big fruit is what defines this easy-to-like wine. The nose throws off equal parts cassis, raspberry and plum, while the palate is saturated and dense, with pleasing cassis, plum and chocolate flavors. Given that the price is under $15 and production was 150,000 cases, it's hard to register and complaints. This is your classic Best Buy Cab all the way around.
Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 - 87 points, Wine Advocate/ The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is a spicy, forward wine with savory red and black fruit flavors, a supple texture, and an easy-to-understand personality. Drink this very good value over the next 2-3 years.

Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon - 88 points, Wine Enthusiast / Nice and ripe, with light whiffs of olive and herbs and strong berry fruit aromas. The palate is pure Maipo, meaning it blends herbal notes with black fruits, especially cassis. Firm in structure, stout on the finish, and ends with a hint of chocolate.
Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 - The Wine Advocate/ The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva exhibits a similar friendly personality with a focus on spicy blackcurrant aromas and flavors.
