Vintage: 2007 06/27/2009

27/6/09 -Santa Helena 2008 varietal merlot, drank at local restaurant. Soft, smooth taste. Rich full fruit on the nose and went brilliant with char grill sirloin steak. Good after taste, without leaving you with a dryness at the back of the throat. Cost £10.25 the bottle

22/07/2009 Santa Helena 2008 varietal Merlot, drank at home for a informal lunch with my girlfriend, very good, low taninos, smooth and went great with Pork in orange sauce, grill potatoes with thyme and Parmesan carrots. Cost $5.65
