Intense leather and boysenberry with integrated vanilla, spice, oak, raw meat, black pepper, a bit hot.
-Big, intensely fruity with wild blueberry and plummy fruit. Rich, yet with excellent balance. Very finely managed tannin gives this an almost silky feel, touches of coffee, butterscotch and chocolate twizzler add complexity to the black cherry fruit on the mid-palate. Finishes with surprising freshness and a nice lingering mineral/toast note and even a final flourish of violets.
