Made especially for us by Quintay, in the premium cool climate region of<br/>Casablanca Valley, this is a paradigm of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced from<br/>Vineyards in High, Low and Central Casablanca, this is an outstanding wine with<br/>plenty of zip and energy, wonderful aromatics and a real presence in the mouth,<br/>ripe tropical notes and a refreshing finish. Extra lees ageing has added subtle<br/>weight, making this not only the perfect aperitif but also a very fine partner<br/>for a variety of light dishes. <br/>(Simon Field MW - BBR Buyer)
