A blend of 42% Petit Verdot, 33% Carmenere and 25% Cot (also known as Malbec). These were once traditional grape varieties found only in Europe but are now planted in Chile and other new world countries. Round and smooth tannins from the Petit Verdot, outstanding flavour and complexity. A well crafted wine using Bordeaux winemaking know-ho. Serve: Hearty beef and mushroom caserole ABV: 14.5%
