We visited Indomita on a trip to Chile and had lunch at this winery which I highly recommend. I tried the Duette Cabernet/Carmenere blend, which I really liked. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be available locally in the states. I give this wine a 5 rating. It has more of a smooth sweet taste but great flavor.
First Light but with a strong fruity and spicy aftertaste. Must be good with poultry, and light sauces
This one is delicious. Its a magnificent blend of all the great things that wine has to offer. Oak, blackberry, chocolate, smoke, vanilla, and is purely an enjoyment for a long drawn chilly evening of conversation and foods like lamb, beef, a roast of something, with a lighter side such as an avocado sallad. This wine also stands on its own, so also perfect for some chatter. Also not too pricey, so it has a possibility of being an easy choice for seconds.
heavy bodied but smooth, excellent with steak, steal for this price

Duette Indomita Cabernet Sauvignon has a nose and palate of cedar, spice, violet perfume and rich earth. In the mouth, oaky notes, underlying black fruit and soft tannins make for a ripe finish that is well balanced and refreshing.
