The grapes were picked late march to ensure the ripeness and varietal flavours, crushed and immediately pressed. Free-run and low pressure were used for production in order to secure maximum fruit concentration and a good acidity balance which is a characteristic of this variety. A long fermentation took place at 14°-15°C for 3 weeks. After Fermentation, the wine was kept in contact whit lees for two weeks to increase complexity and gain softness. Grapes: Viognier 100% Region: Chile / Central Valley Maker : Sebastian Labbe Notes: Full Viognier expression of apricots, pineapple, peaches and hints of citrus flowers which is carried through to the palate. Soft texture, well flavoured with a refreshing finish Serve: Sushi, Chinese foods and salads. ABV: 14%
