This young, crisp Sauvignon Blanc is a pale yellow with green hints. In the nose are aromas of citrus fruits and green apples offset by a pleasant minerality. This is a fresh wine that works wonderfully as an aperitif to stimulate the appetite. It also goes well with soft and fresh cheeses. A few ideas are crunchy toasts with smoked salmon and ricotta, rice cooked with grilled red peppers, chicken breast with lemon juice, and oyster soup.
