"All of the 2005 Cono Sur entry-level wines are showing nicely, including this Cabernet. The nose is fairly floral and touched up by lavender, while the palate is racy and defined by zesty red fruit. Its kind of a throwback in that it emphasizes light fruit and acidity over oak and heft. M.S. (11/15/2006) User-friendly, fruit-forward red berry notes, with some sweet spice on the finish. Drink now. 90,000 cases made. "
