- The color is characteristic of the variety, both deep and somewhat matte.Great aromatic intensity, with a vegetal character reminiscent of cooked green beans, black pepper, dried chili peppers, and dried grass.High acidity, persistent, and in keeping with the characteristics of the variety. The tannins are especially round.Serve at 16°C (61°F) with lightly seasoned dishes, such as shepherd's pie or potato-based dishes.
