Sea-breeze fresh lime, citrus and herbal notes mingle in this wine, vinified in stainless steel at low temperatures by Emiliana, Chile's leading name in estate-bottled wines made from organically grown grapes.

Pithy and citrusy on the nose, but ultimately it's rather neutral. The palate is citric and lean, with orange, lemon and sour apple flavors flavors. Zesty to the point of tartness, with a citrusy, juicy finish. A pointed SB with zing.

Pale straw. Lime, green apple and pear on the nose, with subtle anise and white pepper qualities. Brisk citrus flavors offer good cut and finish with salty minerality and good length. Dry, precise and serious sauvignon.
