Food Pairings for Vin Gris of Pinot Noir
Nose is a mélange of strawberry, cherry and raspberry. Enters the mouth with a rich texture. The palate shifts to crushed rock minerality, strawberry and tart cherry with a slight effervescence on the top of the tongue. Finished long with bright acidity. Best served with a good chill on it. The md-palate goes a bit flat when reaching room temp. Very refreshing.
