Demi-sec, sparkling rosé from one of France's great winemakers. It shows remarkable purity of flavor and perfect balance of sweetness and lightness.

"Pink rose petal to the eye. On the nose a just a hint of strawberries. Tastes of fresh raspberries and red apples on the palate; certainly sweet on the palate, but its vibrant and lively acidity keeps it from cloying. Its effervescence gives it a festive mood. How can anyone pass on a glass of this? Perfect with anything you might serve on Thanksgiving--or any time that you are entertaining!" Jason Palma; Wine Consultant

This delicious pink, semi-sweet wine raises the standard of this style of wine.

The Bugey-halfway between Lyons & Geneva is one of the smallest and obscure wine areas in France with only 170 hectares. Gamay is the most prominent grape for this light sparkler.
