Add your reviewwow. i loved this. tropical citrus and strong grassy floral. wonderful flowery nose. rich on palatte. crisp clean finish. very easy to drink. had with manilla clams soaked in wine and butter and mushroom quesedilla with goat cheese.
This is the second Sauvignon blanc I've had from Marlborough and man... All I can say is where has this wine been all my life? It's not quite as scrumptious as the other one I've tried, but I will definitely be buying this wine again. I can take full sips instead of just taking a tiny bit into my mouth because I don't like it. It's for sure worth every penny you spend on the bottle. It's dry, crisp, very fruity with a hint of green apples, honeydew, and grapefruit. Tastes wonderful on the tongue and the taste lasts in your mouth for a long time.
A bit too sweet for my taste - good for conversation, but not with a meal.
Alluring strong nose of tropical fruit, grass, and flowers. Good acid on the attack with vegetal (corn on the cob) and floral notes. Mid-palate had strong slightly sour ripe fruit (nectarine, guava (feijoa), other tropical (passionfruit perhaps)). Medium-length clean finish. Body medium, acid medium, dry to off-dry.
