WINEMAKING

Sniffy-sniff: Passion fruit, hint of cat pee (characteristic of NZSB - not a bad thing)

- not much of a finish. great nose with peachy aromas. i do get the tropical aromas as the winemaker's notes say but not precisely melon. more like tropical punch.
