- A blend consisting of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Sangiovese. The particular soil of the vineyards, together with the effect of low yields, produce a very deep and powerful wine, which is reminiscent of red peppers in youth. Abundant tannins and color are extracted by the special temperature-controlled tanks that constantly stir skins and juice during fermentation. The wine spends 12 to 18 months in a blend of barriques, differing in provenance of the wood, toasting and age. A truly great Super Tuscan.
