The first documents which testify to the family's wine making activity date back to 1725, when the experienced wine maker Niccolò Bandinelli started exporting his products to satisfy the requirements of wine connoisseurs in Great Britain. Today, following the organic agriculture rules, the brothers Andrea and Alessandro Boscu Bianchi Bandinelli continue to manage the family estate which spreads over approximately twenty hectares of which eight of vineyards . Great care in the vineyard combined with the scrupulous selection of grapes and state of the art vinification techniques guarantee the production of premium quality wines - a true expression of the tipicity of the Chianti Classico exceptional territory. Organic Farming is certified by QC & I International, the national control body for organic agriculture (certification code: IT QCI 9969). The Chianti CLassico Riserva is aged in French oak (Allier), for 12 months in 500 litres tonneau and 225 litres barriques, and 12 more months in 12 and 21 hl casks.
