Well made well balanced. Oak aging adds strength warmness and complexity to this gem. Garnet in color with orange hues. Dry full-bodied strong and austere with flavors of dark cherries plums tar and mushrooms. Serve it with baked ziti sausage and peppers in a red sauce grilled porterhouse steaks and lamb stews.

Has an intense pleasant bouquet with scents of faded roses violets mushrooms and tar. Dry full-bodied and strong; oak aging gives it strength and warmness complexity and harmony. Styled to be drinkable sooner than a typical Barolo.
