Mostly composed of classic Sangiovese, however, it is complemented by international varieties like cabernet sauvignon, merlot and syrah. That's why it boasts a more regional appellation, since it comes of the traditional Tuscan appellations such as Chianti, for example. Provided with rich and sappy hints of mocha, wood, resin, liquorice, and with tannins still very present, this wine is interesting for medium keep (3-5 years). Is sure to please immediately, after a passage of one hour in a carafe, especially with our tasty veal with black pepper sauce.
