Winemaker's Notes:

the grapes are already largely from vineyards that are managed by the Year 2011 ready by certified biodynamic guidelines. After careful grape selection by hand-picking and a further selection by a newly installed, fully automated grape sorting, the individual parts of the Grüner Veltliner Vienna mountains after a short maceration squeezed gently. The pre-clarified must was cooled in a steel tank fermented and expanded to the fruity and racy character so well like to emphasize possible. After a mean storage time on the lees, the individual parts were still together in the winter and bottled.
