Vidal Tempranillo Red Crianza 2004

Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: Sight: Intense red cherry colour of medium coat with important brick-coloured tints. Clean, striking and bright. Nose: Complex due to the aromas characteristic of the wine (black fruits and liquorice) and those produced during ageing (cacao, leather, bush, etc.) thanks to a well-integrated wood. Elegant and nice. Mouth: Showing good harmony between its components. Elegant and velvety on the palate with slightly sharp finish conveying it a peculiar character. Complex and well-structure taste. Delicate and long-lasting finish. Date of Harvest: Harvesting period: 2nd and 3rd weeks in September. Type of Harvest: Production: Grapes coming from our own vineyard. Vinification Method: Fermentation at controlled temperature. Long 16-20-day maceration. Aged in oak casks during 8 months and in bottles for a minimum of 4 additional months to harmonize wine characteristics with those provided by the wood.
