Pale in color, with a strong influence of red fruit in the aromas, this is blended trio a rich style. The texture is plush, the fruit sweet yet balanced by a robust architecture so it finishes clean. A generous wine for aperitifs or to serve with roast fish.

Thereandrsquo;s a tight, floral raspberry essence at the center of this wine, its fruitiness held by brisk, flinty acidity that keeps the finish mouthwatering. A firm wine for poached salmon.

Bright, pale color. Initially reticent nose opened to reveal lemon, apple, mandarin orange, minerals and fresh herbs. Dry, bright and frothy, but with only moderate concentration and depth of flavor. Seems rather light-bodied for a wine from this house, but still a major improvement over a bottle I tasted last fall. Finishes with notes of apple skin and stony minerality.

The quality of this non-vintage blend is impressive, from it integrated Champagne scent to its creamy texture that carries aromas and flavors of green apples, white flowers, and fine minerality. It all comes together in the finish, where the opulent, pillowy texture meets the crispness of the mousse and light acidity.

Ripe, mature, easy Champagne, maintaining the Clicquot style of bottle maturity, with toast, sweet pastry and a rich, full-in-the-mouth character of white fruits. The finish is relatively soft.

Hints of toast and biscuit accent lightly honeyed flavors of quince, apple blossom and peach in this fresh and balanced Champagne. Thereandrsquo;s a stony underpinning, with a smoke-tinged finish. Drink now through 2013.

The NV Brut offers up attractive notes of smoke, tar, rich ripe pears and flowers in a medium to full-bodied style. There is a good measure of persistence, although the wine could use a little more polish on the finish. This is Lot 14009913, disgorged between December, 2007 and January, 2008. Anticipated maturity: 2008andndash;2010.
