The wine has a luminous colourwith radiant rose accents. The nose iselegant and generous, with initial aromasof fresh red fruit (raspberry, wildstrawberry, cherry and blackberry)leading to dried fruits and biscuitnotes (almonds, apricots and brioche).On the palate, the fresh firstimpression is followed by a fruity harmonioussensation. In line with the styleof the Veuve Clicquot House, the wineis perfectly balanced and combineselegance and personality.The wine worksits magic - this delectable champagne isbeautifully ample and full of charm.It is a delicious wine in early bloom, aRosé with character, wonderful as anaperitif or with spicy fish dishes, tuna sashimi, and fine meats. When mature, it is excelent with game birds.

Ripe red fruit flavors are deepened by sweet, subtle notes of toffee and caramel, with a hint of white flowers adding complexity. This rather elegant, laid-back rose combines freshness and a warm, toasty quality, finishing with very good length and a flavor of sweet peach.
