Slight TCA on the nose. Unfortunate. Was looking forward to this one. Aside form that, red currant, cherry and a little stony. On the palate, cranberry and cab franc-like red fruit. Thin, somewhat lacking depth. It's like it being "corked" pulled all the body and depth and complexity out of the wine. It was thin and flimsy. Seemed like it was good had it not been victim of TCA. 88 pts.

Dark, rich and chocolaty, with black cherry and blackberry fruit that's deep and concentrated. Gains complexity with mineral, cedar, coffee and tarry notes, turning dry and tannic.
