The grapes are harvested at just the right time and they are always picked by hand, undergoing a quality selection process at the same time. Read less

Tasting Notes:

This is the pear and melon version of Verdejo without its occasionally grassy, almost Sauvignon Blanc-like character. Yellow apple, lemons, and orange blossoms add to the fruiit layers of this pear meat- and pear skin-flavored wine. The overall impression is of a gentle and very clean, thirst-quenching wine.
