This rosé is 100% Grenache grown at Verdad's biodynamic vineyard in Edna Valley. The grapes are grown for rosé and picked early for freshness and moderate alcohol. The wine was fermented in stainless steel using the grapes' native yeasts. The aromas are of wild strawberries and roses with flavors of berries and watermelon framed by spice and herbs de Provence. It has bright focused flavors and a crisp finish.
