Veranda Grande Cuvee Millerandage Pinot Noir Southern Region Chile Red 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

This Millerandage Pinot Noir is fabulously deep, with a chocolate and briar nose, with a fine earthiness and a delicately herbal note of sage. The fruit on the palate is very pretty - it has substance and weight, with a plumy character, but the lithe, fine tannins and the elegant acidity are delightfully poised, with a touch of orange in the finish and some spice.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
