What to Expect
Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavors with very aromatic notes of green chilies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unaoked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.

User Reviews
This is a serious review--it tastes like grapefruit juice from a can. I'm not a big S. Blanc fan anyway, but this is icky. Trying to find a way to mix it into a palatable wine cooler. Not totally undrinkable, hence the 1 1/2 stars instead of 1, but to me it has no grassy notes, no undertones, nothing but read more...
big acid. a core of sour apple, grapefruit and crabgrass. this is pretty versatile and will go with any lemon white wine dish, like fish or lemon chicken.
Huge grapefruit flavor pairs with grassy, even hay-like notes, while the ample acid provides a pleasant, cleansing mouth-feel.
Super grassy, with fresh cut apricot, white peach, nectarine. A deeper delve gives an unusual clean finish of lentils and raw harvest corn. Good price. Interesting enough to try at least once.
Served slightly chilled. Floral notes present in the nose. Nice acidity accompanies a flourish of various fruit flavors and lends a crisp character to the wine. Medium-light body. Clean finish. I don't think this wine is going to outright amaze anyone but for the price I think that it is an excellent value.
Good clarity with light straw color. Fresh stone fruit, citrus, and herbs mingle with floral accents on the nose. Zesty, medium body with citrus, melon and herb flavors that linger on the palate. Perfect at the sushi bar, or for sipping on the porch and with fresh salads, goat cheese, poached fish and more.
