The wine is actually quite nice, as Chile has been producing some very nice cabs over the last few years. This wine has a great nose of leather, cedar and very subtle berries, the taste is smooth and quite dry with nice tannins for a long, pleasant finish. This is the type of wine I can use in my dinner, with my dinner and after my dinner as I enjoy a glass while watching the late summer sunset from the patio. Overall, I would rate this wine a solid, 3 by itself, but given that I bought this wine for the bargain price of $7 I can't help but boost this to a solid 3.5! So if you can find it, grab a bottle, cook some spicy tomato based pasta and enjoy!
Blood red color. First nose smells strongly of cheery Hookah reminiscent of college. The aromas are earthy, tobacco, blackberry and strongly of oak. Almost offensively before it opens up a little. Full on the tongue with mild tannins and modest acidity for a Cabernet. The finish is smooth and a little sweet for a light finish. As bluntly stated on the label this wine wood pair well will barbecue and friends. Pun definitely intended, this wine was made for chili!

Deep red. Nuanced nose displays spicy dark cherry and cassis, mocha and pungent herbs. Fresh, juicy and sweet, with cherry-cola and blackcurrant flavors, supple tannins and a long, sappy finish. A really outstanding value in cabernet.
Youthful purple. Straightforward dark berry aromas are uncomplicated and fresh. A supple, sweet midweight, offering sweet blackberry and candied cherry flavors, no obvious tannins and good finishing lift. Not complex, but undeniably easy to drink.
Has a nice fleshy mix of black currant, licorice, bramble and sweet toast, with a juicy, inviting finish. Drink now.
Plump and soft, this easygoing Cab delivers slightly weedy, cassis-laden fruit in an accessible format. Finishes with some plum notes but also black tea leaves. A nice weekday wine that will pair perfectly with burgers or steak.
Medium purple; spice box and black currant aromas; sweet fruit, some elegance, tasty effort.
Bright ruby. Spicy cherry, licorice, woodsmoke and rose on the nose, along with black pepper and herbal nuances. Lively and sharply focused cabernet with a restrained sweetness and well-judged acidity. The zesty red fruits are complicated by a peppery note, which adds back-end cut. Firm, suave, well-balanced wine with good spicy persistence.
Sattes Dunkelrot, dass der Cabernet in dem Andenstaat wunderbar heranreift, merkt man an seiner Dichte, die würzige Aromen zeigt. Schwarzen Beeren, Lorbeerblätter, Rosmarin, Tabak und etwas Vanille. Eine feine Frische am Gaumen sorgt für gute Balance und viel Trinkvergnügen.
