February 2008
- The Stagecoach Vineyard was developed out of a large piece of inhospitable land that nobody else wanted largely because there was no access, water or power. It took years to put it all together but the sheer determination of brothers Jan and Bart Krupp prevailed and Stagecoach Vineyard now sells fruit to some of the top producers in Northern California. A nose of stems, smooth blueberry, cherry and crisp cranberry. The palate has very well-integrated tarry cherry, currant, blackberry and plum. An impressive wine with some very youthful vigor.
