The Vazart-Coquart producer is the only Champagne House to have created a champagne specially to accompany foie gras. This is an assemblage of 5 - 6 vintages, using the 'solera' method spread over ten years. This particular cuvee was bottled in 2002, so has been aging in bottle for eight years. About 800 bottles are released every year with a little bit of the current vintage added every year. 100% Chardonnay with a "Sec" dosage of 23g/Ltr.

An elegant Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay. A pristine and delicate bead, mineral-driven fruit on the palate. Vazart-Coquart Champagnes are typical of the Chouilly terroir, showing a round, fragrant ripeness.
