Winemaker's Notes:

Full-flavored, medium-bodied, dry, slightly spicy, citrus-flavored white wine with a long finish sometimes described as creamy. The grapes were whole cluster pressed and had a long, cool fermentation in once-used French oak barrels. The wine was bottled at the end of May 2006. The grape, grown primarily in the Collio region of Friuli and Slovenia, dates back to the 13th century. The wine goes especially well with appetizers, fish, most soups, and white meats.
