Percentage Grape: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Shiraz<br/><br/>Soil: Sandstone; Karoo.<br/><br/>Growing Climate: 10 year old vines on 4-wire Perold trellising system. Drip irrigation controlled by a computer system through meters and tensiometers.<br/><br/>Type of Harvest: Harvesting is done by hand and machine. Night harvested at optimum ripeness. Harvested at 23 degrees Balling. Yield 12 tons per hectare. R/S 2.0g/l<br/><br/>Vinification Method: Style: An unwooded, fruit-driven red wine.
