Reviews

Sweet aroma of honey and dark fruit. Flavor starts out promising with citrus sourness and a summery fruit flavor. But the underripe grape sourness gets a little too insistent throughout the swallow. There are some tannnins and bruised fruit in the finish, but not too much. Minimal label. A solid wine for the $8 price.

This Valpolicella is a great every day type of Valpolicella. It's dry, unoaked and made in an especially ripe style made for accessibility in its youth. It's full of cherry fruits and very light on the tannins making it especially friendly. Of course, even better with food.
