"From a terrific vintage from arguably Valpolicella's greatest producer,<br/>this beautiful 'Ripasso' dry wine, a blend of 50% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, 15 -<br/>20% Cabernet, Nebbiolo, Croatina and Sangiovese aged for four years in large<br/>Slavonian botte/casks, has a super suave weave of dried, cherried fruit,<br/>balsamic herby fruit, keep fresh alive by the most delicate of<br/>structures. <p>This wine undergoes two fermentations to achieve its character - five to six months after the initial blend starts, an additional mixture is added. This is all aged for a further 6 years in oak barrels before being bottled.</p>
