A generous, versatile and food-friendly Valpolicella made from partially dried grapes.
Like many other Valpolicella Superiore, a mixture of traditional methods and modern technology are used to grow the grapes and make this wine. Corvina is the dominant grape in Valpantena's Valpolicella Superiore. A small amount of Rondinella and Molinara is also blended into this wine for additional fragrance and flavor.
