Valoria Tinto Cosecha 1973

Member Review by Eric Guido:

This bottle was decanted three hours before tasting. It opened with sweet plum sauce, cherry tobacco, allspice and clove with sweet peas and musk on the nose. This wine excites the palate with roasted cherries, old cedar, sweet sun tea and fresh earth on a gorgeous velvety frame. The finish is long, long , long with tea leaf and spicy fresh cherry.

Ready to give a great step forward, they built a wine cellar which is located at Logroño, a modern building with a controlled temperature stainless steel fermentation mill, an equipment of coldness, a new bottling train and new oaken casks. Everything was sufficient for their idea of not exceeding a million bottles. Read less
