Tasting Notes: Intense garnet-red robe with purple hues. It is clear and fluid with a shimmering surface. Aromatic, complex, scents of wood, vanilla,toasted(cocoa) mild tabacco and jammy black fruits. Fresh, mineral on the residual tannins. At once powerful and charming. A pleasing accompaniment to elegan,t dishes. Percentage Grape: syrah 80% grenache noir 20% Soil: Argilo + calcaires Date of Harvest: Septembre 2005 Percentage New Barrel: 33 Age of Barrel: 2 vins Type of Wood: chêne Level of Toast: moyen Fining Collage: centrifugation Date of Bottling: 2006/04/07 Alcohol Percentage: 13.5 % Aging Potential: 10 ANS Aging Time: 12 mois Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l Cork Material: liège Cork Size: 48
