Tasting Notes: Intense ruby-red robe with purple hues. It is clear, fluid, with an exceptionnal brillance. Aromatic, complex, scents of wood and jammy fruits elevated by delicate spices(vanilla,pepper,nutmeg). Scents of violets and peonies after aeration. Endowed with a beautiful freshness, this wine is subtile yet tannic, with a well-rounded finish (light and silky) Percentage Grape: 80% Syrah et 20% Grenache rouge Percentage New Barrel: 25 % Age of Barrel: maxi 3 VINS Type of Wood: Chêne Level of Toast: Moyen Fining Collage: filtration tangentielle Date of Bottling: 2005/05/10 Alcohol Percentage: 13 % Aging Potential: 6à 8 ans Aging Time: 12 mois Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l Cork Material: Liège Cork Size: 48
