Tasting Notes: Its main feature is the extraordinary balance between a great nose and fine complex taste. It is rich, full-bodied and dry. Aromas of ripe fruits and spices. Some sweet tannins give the wine a long finish with an elegant aftertaste, which confirm the greatness of this excellent wine. Percentage Grape: 90 % Tempranillo, 5% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo grapes from our own vineyards located in the sub-region of Rioja Alavesa. Vinification Method: The grapes are destalked and after that they are sent to stainless steel vats where they ferment at controlled temperature of 28°C for 18 days. Then the wine is aged in new oak barrels for minimum 24 months (depending on the year). 70% French and 30% American oak barrels. The wine rounds up in the bottle.
