I've gotten some of this two years running, and for now it's my favorite dessert wine. Instead of just tasting sweet, as many dessert wines do, this one actually has a great flavor to accompany the sweetness.

Dark caramelly colour. I was not impressed by the nose. But the taste was phenomenal. Almond butter, toffee, and caramel explode on your palate. I don't drink fortified wines, but thought this was delicious.

Solera-made, wood-aged wine, fortified with brandy. Our Solera is over 120 years old, one of the oldest in the U.S. The wine is sweet and luscious with flavors of almonds, caramel, toffee and orange zest. It shares similar characteristics with a 20-year-old Tawny Port. A collector’s wine.
