Tasting Notes: Made from: 95 % Tempranillo and 5 % Mazuelo and Graciano. A well-balanced wine, round on the palate, with a firm taste, good structure and great potential for ageing in bottle. Percentage Grape: 95 % Tempranillo and 5 % Mazuelo and Graciano Soil: 50 % clay-limestone and 50 % sandy-limestone Growing Climate: Good Date of Harvest: 14 October 2002 Type of Harvest: by hand Vinification Length: 28 days Maceration-Fermentation Vinification Method: Maceration-Fermentation de-stemmed grapes Vinification Temperature: 28° C Percentage New Barrel: 25 % Age of Barrel: New (3 months) and 5-10 years (9 months) Type of Wood: american and french oak Level of Toast: medium Malolactic: 10 days at 20° C, after alcoholic fermentation Extract: 25,18 g/l Color Intensity: 5,583 Fining Collage: with fresh egg whites Date of Bottling: 2004/01/14 Alcohol Percentage: 12.5 % PH: 3,8 Aging Potential: 10 years Aging Time: 12 months Potassium: 1300 mg/l Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l Total Acidity: 4,12 g/l Free SO2: 17 mg/l Cork Material: Natural cork Cork Size: 44 X 24
