Food Pairings for Umani Ronchi Cumaro Rosso Conero Italy
"Cumaro" derives from the ancient word for "Conero." 100% Montepulciano grapes. Malolactic fermentation followed by aging in barriques for 13-14 months and refining in the bottle for an additional 11 months. Very limited production and allocation. Produced only in great vintage years. Big brother to "San Lorenzo". The best grapes of the San Lorenzo vineyard are selected for "Cumaro".
