The grapes were then pressed and the wine was transferred to tank and then racked to barrel for oak maturation. MATURATION 88% unoaked, 12% spent 7 months in old French and American oak hogsheads. ANALYSIS Alc 15%, pH 3.36, Acidity 6.38 CELLAR POTENTIAL 5 to 7 years REGION Predominantly from hand picked 80 year old Grenache vines, grown on deep red loamy clay soils in the sub district of Greenock in the Barossa Valley South Australia.
RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
