Twenty Rows Twenty Rows 06 the Grappler White 2006
The Grappler is crafted from carefully selected vineyards to yield an intense, deeply colored wine with concentrated aromas and flavors. We named this wine after our sons who dedicated a lot of time and effort to the sport of wrestling hence, The Grappler. Seamless integration of flavors from start to finish. The wine starts out powerful yet smooth with ripe, spicy, cherry and tobacco flavors on the mid-palate. The finish is accented with cedar and black pepper.
Twenty Rows is a wonderful red wine that has everything you are looking for in a Cabernet. It is an amazing discovery that we feel will be a huge hit over the next few years.
Nice! A less potent version of the "Prisioner". Opens nicely and is easy to drink. All the Twenty Rows Wines are good and of a great value! Cheers!
This is an interesting mix of 3 grapes and regions - tight on the nose at first and then opens up quite nicely. Really the nose is amazing - fruity, spicy, deep berry comes through - Initially it tasted way too fruity but once it sat a bit it was much more subtle in fruit. This is a delicious fun wine - I have had $35 bottles that were not this good - glad a bought a few bottles!!
