Twenty Rows Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

External Review:

The wine opens up with dark cherries and black currants. Then shows hints of chocolate, tobacco and graphite. Dense texture and a fine sense of balance enhance the pleasing aromatics of blackberry and vanilla bean.

Tasting Notes: Bright black cherries lead the charge, followed by dusty cocoa and roasting coffee beans. Dense texture and a fine sense of balance enhance the pleasing aromatics of blackberry, currants, vanilla bean and dark chocolate. Approachable and immediately delicious. 2013 Twenty Rows Cabernet is an agile performer. Fermentation: Tannin management is an important factor to our producing Powerful, yet elegant wines. Primary fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wines are finished in French oak for 12 months, which accelerates integration of fruit and oak.
