The wine has ripe blackberry, plum and raspberry characters on the nose through to the palate, all with underlying spice and black pepper qualities. The wine is medium bodied, with a round texture and supple tannins providing balance and elegance for pleasurable drinking on its own or to be easily paired with foods. We recommend this wine to be served with strongly flavored dishes such as barbecued meats and lamb or grilled chicken and pork with pepper and spice seasonings. This will equally pair well with Mediterranean vegetarian dishes with roasted peppers, onions and garlic. Enjoy!

Ripe berry and cherry aromas flow from the glass to reveal slight flavor enhancements of anise and earthy tones. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is medium to full bodied, with balanced tannins and a mellow, rich impression. We recommend this wine be served with grilled beef tenderloin, filet mignon, or braised lamb. As an appetizer, enjoy with robust American and imported cheeses.
